During my Christmas holidays, I stayed at a luxury hotel in the mountains. I loved the fact that the staff was super friendly, they even upgraded our room to one with a mountain view. The rooms were clean, and the spa and pool were amazing. The best aspect of our stay was the food. The dinner was excellent, and we even received a gift of local honey.

Although our stay was pleasant, there were some negative aspects. The worst aspect was the poor quality of the breakfast.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! The luxurious spa was a highlight, boasting both indoor and outdoor pools and quality spa treatments. The panoramic mountain views from the hotel were breathtaking, and the spacious rooms were spotless. The on-site restaurant was top-notch, offering delicious meals cooked to perfection with accommodating staff. the hotel was situated in a great location, making it easy to get to the ski slopes and other attractions.

The poor service we received from the reception desk. No one was around to welcome us or provide information about the hotel, and we had trouble communicating with the staff as they seemed to only speak one language.

This hotel is pure luxury. The staff is attentive and friendly and the spa and wellness centre is top-notch. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are great amenities. I also had a wonderful full-body massage. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are also highlights. I enjoyed the restaurant's special diet menus and indulged in a facial and manicure at the very chic beauty treatment area. The private facilities add a touch of exclusivity.

The only negative aspect of my stay was that dogs were allowed in the restaurant. As an animal lover, I appreciate that they are welcomed at the hotel, but I think they should be given their own space to ensure the comfort of all guests.

I had a perfect stay and enjoyed the clean and spacious room with a stunning view. The hotel has fantastic facilities including a spa, indoor and outdoor pool, and excellent dining hall. Additionally, the hotel staff, especially Mauro, was really helpful and accommodating. I loved the location, as it was easy to access transportation to explore other areas and convenient for other nearby attractions like post offices.

We loved the spa area which was immaculately clean and offered a range of treatments that left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We had a fantastic experience at the hotel and would highly recommend it.
